Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Cemtex Supply website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Products and Pricing
- All product prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Discounts apply to listed prices and may vary by product
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
- Stock availability is subject to change
Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
- Important: All payments must be made to official Cemtex Supply accounts only
- Do not make payments to personal accounts
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delivery charges vary by location and order weight
- Customer must ensure the delivery site is accessible for trucks
- Offloading is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged
- Delays due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control may occur
Returns and Refunds
- Products must be inspected upon delivery
- Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or delivery errors
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
Product Quality
Cemtex Supply is committed to providing quality products that meet Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements. As an official dealer for Simba Cement, we guarantee the authenticity of all cement products.
Limitation of Liability
Cemtex Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Cemtex Supply and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
